My insurance company is denying me benefits. What can I do?
You need to contact an attorney and bring with you a copy of your insurance policy to see if the insurance company denied you benefits due to an existing exclusion in the policy. If the benefits are not excluded then you may be able to file a lawsuit against the insurance company.
My insurance coverage has been cancelled. What can I do?
If the insurance was cancelled for a valid reason, such as nonpayment of premiums/material misrepresentation, you probably have no legal recourse against the insurance company. If the insurance company cancelled your policy for no apparent reason, contact an attorney immediately.
I am leaving my job and I am afraid I won’t be able to get insurance because of an existing illness. Can I keep my old insurance?
