Joanna is the Controller of Glantz & Glantz, P.A. Prior to joining the firm, she was a Controller for various certified public accounting firms and law firms in the Tampa/St. Petersburg area.

Joanna received a B.S. in Accounting from the University of South Florida in Tampa. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the American Society of Women Accountants, and the University of South Florida Alumni Association.

Joanna is also is a member of the Alter Server Ministry at St. Gregory's Catholic Church and the St. Thomas Aquinas High School Booster Club.

She enjoys cooking, riding her bicycle, playing tennis and watching her two boys participate in sports, especially the St. Thomas football games.
